Andy Friedman has drawn for scores of newspapers and magazines around the globe, as well as for advertising campaigns, on record album and book covers, and for private commissions. Under the pen name Larry Hat, Mr. Friedman moonlights as a gag cartoonist, and his cartoons have been published in The New Yorker and Utne Reader. Also a songwriter and musician, Mr. Friedman does not let a busy national touring schedule interfere with his ability to take on assignments, delivering projects of all scales from hotel suites while on the road. He lives with his wife and two children in Brooklyn, New York.
